On Friday, 27.10.2017, we celebrated the establishment of the Alma Center. The Alma Center began as a project of our social entrepreneur Sarit Zehavi, who joined the Galila Fellows program two years ago and this week was born as an independent organization that will deal with the areas of information, research and education on Israel’s security challenges in the northern border of Israel.
To the moving event that took place at the beautiful Galilee venue at “Adaya” in moshav Meona, who donated the location and for that we thank them, arrived the founders, friends and supporters, the chairman of the confrontation line Sivan Yechieli and other guests.
The Galila Foundation is proud of Sarit and of the new center and will continue to accompany the center in its important activity for the residents of the North in particular and Israel in general.
