Founder and CEO – "Kedma Young Community Villages" Foundation

Kedma Young Community Villages was established in 2014 with the aim of strengthening the community resilience of rural villages situated along the northern borders or under security threats. Through their successful Young Community Villages project, Kedma operates tens of thousands of volunteer hours annually, for young people aged 18-35, with the mission of strengthening community resilience in villages in the Jordan Valley, Judea and Samaria, the northern Galilee border, Gaza envelope, and the Desert Arava region in southern Israel. These isolated rural areas on the periphery of the State of Israel share common needs: demographic growth challenges, lack of solutions for youth, children and welfare support, shortage of laborers in agriculture and education. Kedma serves as a bridge between vision and action, leading efforts to build community resilience, Zionism connected to its roots, and a better future for all of us.
