Establishing Playgrounds
The Galila Foundation has been supporting the renovation and renewal of playgrounds in the rural communities across the entire Galilee region of northern Israel for years, with the aim of creating an additional attraction for young families interested inrelocating to the Galilee region, when they choose their community of residence. Additionally, Galila invests in regional populations where there is a significant lack of playgrounds – particularly in the Druze communities.
Equipment and Renovation of Youth Clubs
In remote villages and kibbutzim in the northern Galilee region, there is an acute need to create and develop new activity spaces through the establishment and renovation of community public buildings. These actions help encourage the return and re-settlement of families and provide solutions for informal educational activities in these communities. The foundation renovates and equips youth clubs and community centers in a wide range of northern communities.

The foundation renovates and refurbishes these living units and provides accessibity accesories and new furnishingsand electrical equipment – with the ultimate goal of improving the lives of these holocaust survivors in their final years.
Equipment and Renovations for Social Organizations
As part of collaborations with organizations and foundations working for society in the north, the Galila Foundation renovates and equips selected buildings and facilities – all deemed priority for the specified community.
